The are suing in California supreme court and the argument is different. They are essentially saying that the Governor can’t choose which mass groups it allows to mass gather for what ever purposes and which ones can’t.

I don’t think that particular argument was even fully tested at the US Supreme court.

Honestly, MacArthur somewhat surprised me with his stand and has shocked me with his actions.

I did not expect this from him, but I am behind it 10,000 percent and my respect for him has gone through the roof.

I’m glad he did it because they are big enough to have the resources to take on the legal battle, and they apparently have been consulting good legal advice, I’m sure with the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

The judge's decision is a legal tour de force to my mind. There's a link to it at the above. Well worth the read.
