(WXYZ) The FDA denied Henry Ford Health System's request for an emergency use authorization for hydroxychloroquine for a segment of COVID-19 patients.
In a statement, Henry Ford said the decision does not impact the ongoing study that investigates hydroxychloroquine as a preventative treatment.
"At the same time, we remain focused on advancing efforts to develop a safe and effective vaccine against COVID-19," Henry Ford said. "We are the only site in Michigan enrolling volunteers in the phase 3 trial of the Moderna mRNA-1273 Coronavirus vaccine and evaluating its promise as a vaccine candidate. We continue to believe that a safe and effective vaccine is the best way to protect people from this devastating virus."
Dr. Anthony Fauci previously called the study on the effectiveness of using hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID-19 "flawed" during testimony in front of a House subcommittee.
In response, doctors at Henry Ford Health System penned an open letter, saying the current political climate has made any discussion of the drug impossible
Time for an arthritis epidemic.
Times of utter madness
more big government medical malpractice
or a malaria epidemic
The FDA does more harm than good.
We must eliminate the bureaucracy.
Dr Zev Zelenko just posted this website, that is a ‘warehouse’ for all things HCQ.....studies, papers, protocols, articles, etc.
Please share/send to your email lists, social media, etc.
Tell the FDA they need it to peacefully protest problem solved
Fauci is complicit in the murder of Americans.
Why is Trump allowing the FDA to do this?
Thank you, will share everywhere I can.
It’s almost as if they actually WANT people to die. Oh wait.... I think they DO! You know, to try to make President Trump look bad.
Six months in Trump is going along with this crap.
It’s the FDA. The FDA is 20 years behind the times on every medication. I don’t think hydroxychloroquine is a miracle drug, and the most rigorous studies lean against it, but maybe the FDA should sit this one out.
WELCOME TO FREE REPUBLIC
Don’t allow something that works today for pennies. Wait for the Gates/Fauci money machine to provide for you wellness when they get around to it.
Why would they need “permission”?? People prescribe all sorts of meds for all sorts of things all the time. Why on earth would you ask “permission” and risk getting a ‘no’? And if someone did tell you no, why would you listen?
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponents Argument
Patriots are reminded that the Founding States made the first numbered clauses in the Constitution, Sections 1-3 of Article I, evidently a good place to hide these clauses from Congress (sarc), to clarify that all federal legislative / regulatory powers are vested in the elected members of Congress, not in the executive or judicial branches, nor in nonelected bureaucrats running constitutionally undefined, so-called federal regulatory agencies like the IRS, EPA and FDA.
All that these constitutionally indefensible (imo) federal agencies do is effectively unconstitutionally front-end legislative powers for career lawmakers, doing Congress's unpopular, unconstitutional dirty work for Congress.
More specifically, by front-ending legislative powers with non-elected bureaucrats, career lawmakers are able to protect their voting records so that constitutionally low-information voters, voters who have probably never been taught about the federal government's constitutionally limited powers, are tricked into reelecting them.
From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
In other words, the "federal regulatory agency" scandal effectively nullifies the constitutionally enumerated voting power of ordinary citizens imo, since voters cannot kick bureaucrats out of office.
But wait! There's more.
Not only is the corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress letting federal bureaucrats get away with wrongly exercising legislative / regulatory powers, but the legislative powers that Congress is letting them get away with exercising are mostly stolen, 10th Amendment-protect state powers since the states have never expressly given Congress the specific power to regulate things like INTRAstate healthcare for example.
In fact, regardless what the misguided Roberts Supreme Courts wants everybody to think about the constitutionality of Obamacare, many patriots are probably unaware that previous generations of state sovereignty-respecting justices had established and emphasized the case precedent that the states have never expressly constitutionally given Congress the specific power to regulate intrastate healthcare, their clarification based on the simple fact that healthcare for ordinary citizens is not listed under Congress's constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.
"State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress [emphases added]." -Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
"Inspection laws, quarantine laws, health laws of every description [emphasis added], as well as laws for regulating the internal commerce of a state and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c., are component parts of this mass. Justice Barbour, New York v. Miln., 1837.
"Obviously, direct control of medical practice [emphases added] in the states is beyond the power of the federal government. Linder v. United States, 1925.
The remedy for patriots and medical professionals being oppressed under the boots of failed, unconstitutionally big federal government
Send "Orange Man Bad" federal and state government desperate Democrats and RINOs home in November!
Supporting PDJT with a new patriot Congress and state government leaders that will promise to fully support his already excellent work for MAGA and stopping SARS-CoV-2 will effectively give fast-working Trump a "third term" in office imo.
