I dont see him as being tired, so much as I see him completely fed up with the inordinate amount of horse-chit he has to put up with every damned day!!

TV is a “cool” medium ; and Trump is proceeding at a good pace, while listing some very measured and common sense actions. He is confident and not rattling off info. The public can follow this, as opposed to the avalanche of white hot blather from Harris.
