Biden WANTS to win
No he doesn’t. If he did he would not be hiding in his mother’s basement. Well that is not fair, he probably owns his own basement.
If Biden wanted to win he could have stayed involved.
He could send out his own tweets, he could set up a Vlog, he could have called into radio talk shows he cold have granted more interviews, and last he could have moved to the center by denouncing the riots. He did none of those things (or least not on a level anyone noticed.)
Watch as Kamilla Harris does all the heavy lifting for the campaign.

He did none of those things (or least not on a level anyone noticed.) You make the assumption those things would help him to win. It is not self-evident.
Those things could very well help him to lose. He is a gaffe machine, always has been.
He very likely is in early stages of dementia.
Staying out of the public eye may be the only chance he has to win.
