An armed citizenry could stop someone driving a car into a store front, but gun control can do nothing to stop it. How about car control, only allow licensed drivers to steal cars and drive them into store fronts.
I saw that video...I figured that car had to be stolen also...Who would do that to their own car??? But....Who knows what these ferals will do???
