It’s a scam. They say the tax rate is higher but they write in more loopholes and the tax lawyers make big bucks and revenue stagnates. Rinse and repeat.
We have seen this repeatedly. Wall Street supports democrats (and republicrats) because they (Wall Street) control the game when they have power. Wall Street is part of the DC/NY media bubble so they have a different reality than the rest of us who look at this and scratch our heads.
No Biden won’t disappoint his corporate paymasters. The Dems attack Wall Street publicly but do what they want when in power. Big Pharma supported Obamacare in return for maintaining high prices. Suspect Trump’s drug price reductions and Buy American, Hire American policies are why Wall Street backs the Dems.
No they (he) will not. Wall Street is an arm of the Democrats. They get what they want. Any tax increases are offset by policies that allow them to rob more from main street America.
The wall street fat cats make their big bucks by playing fast and loose with china, and Trump is crimping their style.
They don't care about American workers.
They make more from cheap chinese labor and that is all they care about.
