Using all caps does not prove your assertions. The founders were worried about the subjects of the King of Great Britain. But, what they inserted into the language of the Constitution has not aged very well. You continue to ignore the Elephant in the Room. You make assertions without any support in law and in the Constitution that proves your assertions. There aren’t any, so don’t bother trying to find them.
There is no constitutional precedent that says women and men are different, it requires common sense to understand the difference and that is a commidity largely missing among the population and many Freepers as well. Besides there is no profit in it being clearly understandable.
