Listening to that scanner - sure is confusing and lots of crap going on.

And lots of various officers talking over each other as far as I can tell.
What a chaotic mess.
It’s chaotic but this dispatcher is a smooth operator.
They’re blocking all the looters’ cars at the Best Buy.
Looters are inside.
Some just broke into a bank. That is federal territory.
