I’m very doubtful of her winning the popular vote. In every state that Trump won by margins that were greater than Hillary’s were able to overcome, counting stops. No votes from absentee or oversea’s ballots get counted if the margin of victory is too great to overcome. This BS that all votes are counted needs to be put to rest.
