I’m not a doctor but it appears to me that Joe Biden is experiencing cognitive decline. Or he is the worst public speaker of all time and generally not very smart.
Most would say the answer to both questions is ‘Yes!”.
That's generally been true since the first day he was elected to the Senate. He is one of the dumbest people in Congress.
One thing not widely talked about is he is totally devoid of core principles, just like Obama (and all Dems). He is a thin reed waving in the wind of contemporary public opinion.
I’m not a doctor either. I’ve worked in three nursing homes over the years and lost my mother to Alzheimer’s 14 years ago. I interacted with well over two or three hundred elderly people with dementia. Joe has it, trust me.
Yep - and periodically, when they have no choice but get a shot of him talking, he has a slight slur going on...the yo-yo effect will continue until it sits at the bottom of the string...
