Eisenhower was underrated as a President. I think he did more than just warn. He may have put in place a group of unyielding PATRIOTS that is so secret, not even some Presidents know they exist. Some say this group recruited Donald Trump.
Reagan is deserving because he took down the Soviet Union. Trump is deserving because he is expected to drain the Swamp including ending the Fed which is the root of corruption.
