Thanks for your cautious advice. There’s an interview you might want to see; “Joe Tippens ...”
Somewhere in the interview he mentions his blog page compiled over a few years, in which he states he is not a doctor or scientist; he relates what he did and the result.

Thank you for that link- will watch it- I have a couple of medical conditions, so i have to be super careful when reading about ‘all natural products’ like herbs or minerals etc that claim to work wonders- as many sites fail to mention potential health issues that could result- so i try to always do a bit of research into things like ‘Will such and such cause kidney or liver damage?” or ‘Will such and such cause any kinds of negative effects?” and i always try to see if clinical trials have been done-
I don’t trust anecdotal claims because I’ve seen many such cases where everyone was praising some product- only to find out myself that it could cause organ damage, which the anecdotal testimonies never mentioned-
Products like Ginko Biloba- you look it up and it has rave reviews- so i took it myself- little did i know it could cause ‘Spontaneous Bleeding”- Well, I can personally attest to the fact that this happens- I came very very close to dying from it- and needed emergency blood transfusion to save my life- I’ve needless to say- been very wary of claims since then- and have learned the hard way, that ‘All Natural’ does not mean ‘Always safe’
