In my non medical opinion, there is enough evidence to suggest that prophylactic and therapeutic drugs to render COVID19 to a non pandemic status are available.

Exactly- there are extensive studies to show beyond a reasonable doubt, that it works very well- and is very safe- Many nations are using it to great effect- when combined with zinc- and many studies prove it is effective when given early-
At this point, there is enough evidence to show beyond a reasonable doubt that it should be used, and by now, it should be a criminal offense to ban a known lifesaving drug during a pandemic from here on out-
