Christine Byers of KSDK in Missouri has uncovered evidence of prosecutorial misconduct by St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner's office. Kim is one of the radical prosecutors who has been elected with money from George Soros linked radical leftist Justice & Public Safety political action committee.
Gardner has drawn national attention with her decision to prosecute a St Louis couple for defending their home against an angry mob of Black Lives Matter agitators.
The document obtained by 5 On Your Side (KDSK) show pressure was applied by Gardner's office to structure the police report, so as to alter the evidence to justify a warrant, and then, criminal charges.
Gardner's Assistant Circuit Attorney, Chis Hinckley, had pushed the lead investigator, Sgt. Curtis Burgdorf, into signing a charging document that Hinckley wrote.
Burgdorf was unwilling to sign onto a document he disagreed with, but finally signed off, after revisions, under the political pressure from Hinckley. Here are the findings by KDSK:
Hinckley also wrote the document the lead detective did sign, known as the probable cause statement.
But it went through at least two revisions after Burgdorf outlined 14 concerns he had about the document, 5 On Your Side has learned.
Among those concerns:
- Hinckley characterized the protest as peaceful and organized and that it was calling attention to racial inequities in the criminal justice system. Burgdorf wrote that the evidence he gathered showed the protest was to call for the resignation of Mayor Lyda Krewson. The final document called it a protest march.
- Hinckley wrote that Patricia McCloskeys was armed with a semi-automatic handgun. Burgdorf wrote the phrase should read, What appears to be a semi-automatic handgun. Hinckley responded, in part, You cannot be serious with this one. Again, this is really problematic.

The question is whether Gardner can be Nifong’ed, i.e. indicted, forced to resign, convicted, imprisoned and disbarred.
Add hung.
Drawn and quartered as well? Ok with me.
“””(My dad had a Delta 88. That was a car. It was like driving your living room.) “”””
Those things, like so many cars back then, were huge boats. I remember driving an Olds 98 in the 70’s. That thing could be in three states all at the same time.
Soros funded scum going after citizens who are prevented from protecting themselves. We all seen the Portland rioters recently brandishing fire arms in front of trucks on a highway, this is ok with these pukes. We need to start fight back
Is that you Joe? Surprised to see you here at FR. Say hello to Corn Pop!
Stalinist law enforcement comes to Missouri. BTW George Soros ideolizes Josef Stalin.
if all that really happened...Bagpipes Bill Barr has some DOJ civil rights work to do for these folks
He acted as the professional investigator he obviously is.
He insisted on only known facts be in the document, not simply what the prosecutor wanted for his political case.
He continued the investigation, and found lots of relevant evidence.
Someone (I wonder who) leaked the evidence of political pressure on Sgt. Burgdorf to the local media, and it has gone national from there.
Some say Burgdorf should have resigned.
We need more professionals like Burgdorf in the police departments, not less. If he resigned, he would not have been able to continue his investigation. He would not be able to mitigate future political prosecutions.
Perhaps, there would be no one in the St. Louis PD to shine the light of publicity on the misdeeds of the prosecutors office.
I wish we could clone St. Burgdorf, and place hundreds of thousands like him in police departments all around the country.

How about death by firing squad.
I drove a 72 Pontiac Catalina during my first year in college. We used to call it the Party Pontoon.
Hello?
Don’t bother me right now. I’m listening to the news on my record player, man.
1974 Ford Galaxy 500 station wagon. It had a 460cu.in., Carter 4 barrel, with a C-6 3 speed transmission. I forget the gearing but it was possible to chirp the tires going into second.
It was one of the quickest cars in town and completely unexpected.
My father never understood why we wanted to drive that yacht.
This is a politically motivated, and therefore illegal, prosecution. The prosecutor has committed a crime, but it’s not even worth it to hope that it goes to jail.
Female democrat prosecutors are given a free pass to abuse their law enforcement power against innocent people who think differently.
Gas (non)mileage was #1 with many in the low teens and the high cubes not breaking 10mpg. Not a problem when gas was $0.35/gal at design time. NOW, even the Bugatti Chiron is getting 11mpg and doing ~200mph (not both at the same time).
Second, steering & suspension, especially the land yachts. Driving one of them felt like I was floating down the road, 'guiding' in a rough direction towards my destination.
Finally, their SMELL (exhaust)! Get behind a lovingly restored classic and choke on what used to be legal in production cars.
