My guess was that Rice is privy to lots of private conversations and stuff that the cabal does not want out. So they are willing to make her basically potus.They will then run her when obiden steps away should Trump lose. Which won't happen anyway.So none of this matters.They are all going down.

I dig what you are saying regarding Rice. To me she is very bland and has zero personality. She may be brilliant but she comes across as a nasty old grump never smiling. Sense she is least logical to run for public office, your take on the “cabals choice” does make sense.
