Buffalo/Beefalo
The latter being a cross between a Bison and a beef critter.
Amazingly, they both taste just like Moose....another flavorful lean meat.
Now, that must be the Maine in you, hunting Bullwinkle, you should be ashamed of yourself. Squirrel, aside from the number of bones makes for a good stew - but that is a Southern Thing - NOT TEXAN
