Why do you think that he wouldn’t complete the wall. He has gone through hell and high water to move it along so far and he certainly hasn’t gotten any help from anyone else. Give the man a break! Sheesh.

He's completing the wall this year or early next year (in the speech). The promises in the Ohio speech were specifically to the Whirlpool workers. He'll probably have more promises in future speeches.
