Hersh seems to dismiss the possibility that Seth Rich was killed by someone with political ties to the DNC. He just lived in a bad neighborhood and was unlucky. The fact that he was shot with a .22 also suggests its was amateur thugs and not a professional.
The important point is not the Rich was murdered for what he knew but that Brennan, Crowdstrike, and the IC exploited the emails he passed to Wikileaks to advance their fake anti-Trump Russian hoax narrative. They intentionally lied to the American people to drive out the elected President of the United States.
