I am starting to believe that De Blasio was sent by God, as His agent to inflict His heavenly wrath on New York City, because De Blasio really will not be deterred or deflected from acting his stupidity.
The whole NY government is a special kind of stupid. It takes a lot of work to be this dumb and ignorant.
