U.S. Rep. Dan Crenshaw, R-Texas, blasted Teen Vogue on Thursday over a July column in which the writer advocates for the eventual end of private property rights.
Just wondering if anyone sees any issues with our next generation reading Marxist propaganda in popular teen magazines...? Crenshaw, who has represented the Houston-area 2nd Congressional District of Texas since 2019, wrote on Twitter.
Columnist Kandist Mallett, who has recently focused on issues related to racial injustice protests, centered her argument around those struggling financially during the coronavirus pandemic -- such as those dealing with rent and eviction issues.

Teen Vogue is a communist propaganda rag run by satanic sexual deviants.
AKA Democrats AKA DemSocRats.
So naturally they want to pervert the minds of teenagers.
Under a Stalinist regime, I wonder if she would be among the first ones targeted in a 1930s style purge?
Really? Rep. Crenshaw has no better use of his time?
Does somebody send out a memo telling Congresspeople, "Today we 'blast' Teen Vogue," or do they come up with it on their own?
The issues here are real. Nevertheless I don’t trust Paul Ryan’s Fox News. Why are they highlighting this via Eyepatchman, AKA McCain v2.0? Sorry but I’m suspicious that I’m being sculpted....
Greed is inborn, and the only way to eliminate it from humanity is to nuke the planet. That includes all the livestock, down to ants, who are willing to kill to maintain possession. Ever tried to take honey from a hive, barehanded?
How about all the perverted Marxist-Leninists at Teen Vogue confiscate the property and wealth of their editor, Ann Wintour.
Except for a few lucky ones, Stalin eliminated all the original true believers in his purges.
Teen vogue has been teaching sodomy and other trendy things to young girls with few complaints from anyone. They insist this is teaching safe sex so you can’t complain unless you are a pastor, and pastors seem unaware of what is being done.
Now they are pushing socialism, which nobody can claim is something a fashion magazine should be teaching.
Good for the Senator for publicizing this.
You’ve summed it up quite well, Travis.
I make all of my life decisions by what Tenn Vogue tells me.
It might seem odd being a 45 y/o man, but here we are...
Those clothes don’t look very Vogue to me.
Teen girls being instructed in behavior by obese lesbian radicals. What could possibly go wrong?
Teen Vogue also wrote an article saying black-on-black crime is a myth and that statistics showing higher crime rates for blacks is wrong.
What we are seeing in our streets today is a generation of people who were raised on magazines like Teen vogue, who were taught by professors who would be comfortable on the editorial board of Teen Vogue while people like you considered it a waste of time to do anything about it. Rep. Crenshaw is 20 years too late.
You’re right, Rep. Crenshaw should shut up and go hide in the tall grass with his fellow Republicans. We can let CNN, MSNBC, NYT and WAPO expose Teen Vogue and their radical agenda.
Maybe these journalists should be the first ones to give it up
The guy is anti gun thus anti book in my list. I commend him going there but it is weak sauce. He suspiciously is not going the whole way
I am aware that Teen Vogue contains typical, sexual-revolution garbage with a sauce of mixed-leftist politics.
That does not answer my question of why it suddenly became a focus of ire for Rep. Crenshaw. Was he just puttering around Twitter and saw something in his feed, or is there an organization that issues "Today's 'Blast' Target"?
