Most hospitals are having trouble placing patients in my regions because of this exact phenomena. They cannot go to SNF without two negatives 72 hours apart so I literally have people stuck in the hospital walking the floors totally recovered who test negative nd positive in succession because of the PCR and LRI nature of the disease. And yes, they are counted in the daily total. Its a hell of a way to practice medicine.
