There are millions of Americans who feel entitled to feed at the public tit and show no appreciation for it.
Most freepers are aghast that he would say something like that, yet they are the first to complain about multi generational welfare queens, drug addled bums, the hundreds of welfare programs, food stamps up the wazoo, etc, etc.
America and Americans are not what it used to be.
Most freepers are probably at or near 65 and collect SS, way beyond what they put in. But dammit if you take a dime away! (callback to Abe Simpson ‘I didn’t earn, I don’t need it, but damn you if you take it away!’)
