When he decides he's not a girl, because the girls won't accept him as one of them, (girls taught to compete/bejealous with each other while boys are taught to work as a team), and boys will find him unattractive and undesirable (wrong pheromones) his mother will refuse to support his decision.
He will alienate both parents, turn to drugs and a life of meaningless sex with casual partners, most likely abusive, and will be in and out of jail until the end at a young age.
