I believe that NY State has investigated the Clinton Foundation and in spite of the fact that the Foundation had to amend its financial reports to the state several times, it has been found by NY authorities to be as pure as the driven snow and a model non-profit charity.

It REALLY helped when Lois Lerner (remember her?) was in charge of the department of the IRS that manages these non-profit organizations. That is why old Lois “skated” when she should have been in BIG trouble for what she was doing to tamp down conservative/tea party groups (& siccing other agencies on them to boot).
