Those factors are just the least of our worries:
Do they have a place to live with family?
They do not have any money because they cannot work...
They cannot buy drugs or alcohol due to NO MONEY.....
They don’t have food...
They don’t have clothing...
They don’t have housing...
They don’t have transportation......
They don’t have medical coverage...
They don’t have any kind of path back into society
Will they become homeless & get housed into the fancy San Fran hotels???
This is like dumping a hundred thousand hungry rats into the middle of Los Angeles.
