Last March when the schools closed, the teachers knew their students already. When schools reopen virtually in September, teachers will not have any personal relationship with the students. Therefore there’s only need for one teacher per class/subject who will give the best online lesson. This is especially true in jurisdictions where the union says that a teacher’s face cannot be on camera.
