It took serious brainpower, by local standards, to kill hundreds of Marines in Beirut, with Soleimani, a bright man by regional standards, a key player in that incident. Whereas McVeigh and Nichols, basically underclass whites acting on their own without any adult supervision, spent $5000 to bring down an Oklahoma City Federal building.
