Well, I have said for decades that every Congressman should undergo extensive background checks before being sworn in, given a test on the Constitution, and continued, random, impromptu drug testing while in office.

There are a whole bunch of brain addled Moonbats like Maxine Waters who would be in jail and others a national laughing stock like the dipshit who said Guam would tip over.
