Correct response: Never! When will politicians realize that fixing a deficit has two avenues of attack: 1) Raising taxes (preferred), or 2) lowering spending (hated, because giving your money away keeps them in office).
They are never coming back they barely read the NYT anymore. They gladly cut the cord.
