“I doubt it. Voting systems are states rights.”

But states don’t have free reign to do as they please. Voting in the South has not been viewed as states’ rights since about 1964. And states pass voter ID and then it is knocked down by a Federal judge.

That law, oddly to my mind, did not cover all states—only states in the bad old South. States are not required to conduct an election for President to choose their Electors.

Voter ID is funny. It’s been struck down in some states by Federal Judges but not in others. While India (India!) can somehow get voter IDs to it’s near billion citizens, somehow black Americans figure out how to acquire voter IDs, no doubt because of ‘systemic racism’.
