CARSON CITY, Nev. -- Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak signed legislation Monday to mail all of the state's active voters ballots ahead of the November election, a move being criticized by President Donald Trump, who promised a lawsuit to block the action

“This bill will enable election officials to continue to support the safest, most accessible election possible under these unprecedented circumstances,” Sisolak, a Democrat, said in a statement.

Cant we just put voting booth at the liquor stores and wal mart? Everyone seems to be able to get there but they cant get to a voting booth?
They still have to pass federal Constitutional muster. Trump should argue that the Nevada scheme violates the principal of “one man one vote” announced in the 1961 case of Baker v. Carr, which involved the Tennessee House of Representatives. Also, Trump should argue that the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment is violated because a large part of the apparatus of handling and delivering ballots is in the hands or one or more labor unions who have endorsed the Democrat party.
I still don’t understand what the ballot harvesting is. Is it somebody just filling in blank ballots with made up names or are they voting for someone who has already voted?If it is either one of those wouldn’t there be more votes counted than actual citizens of that state or states?
I moved from California to Texas in 2014. In 2016 my daughter who still lives in California at a different address received a ballot for my husband and myself. When we lived in Californai we never voted by mail /absentee.
Not for the socialists who hijacked the democrat party I do believe.
If they can lock down this mail in scam like they locked down the economy with COVID, it will be a cake walk, or in Bidens case "a brain dead fruitcake walk".... a blank check for the revolution

When I turned in my by mail ballot, I also turned in my husband’s. It is legal for a family member to turn in the ballots of family and I had to sign an affidavit saying I was a family member. In most states it is illegal to turn in someone else’s ballot.
Ballot harvesting allows anyone to collect an unlimited number of ballots from non family members to turn in. The new Nevada law goes even further and allows non family members to SIGN the ballot. That means all they have to do is collect the ballots mailed to voters, fill them out and sign them for it to be a valid vote.
I’m praying that that is the provision that gets this thrown out.
But wouldn’t people already have the ballot filled out even if they gave it to someone to turn in for them in most cases?
Seems like they are just making up fake ballots or throwing away the one they picked up and replacing it with a pre-filled Biden vote is that what they would do?
It’s a real possibility that harvesters could fill out the ballots. Even just influencing or paying people for them is bad.
It opens the door for legal cheating.
Bottom line Constitutional question:
Does a citizen have the right to have his singular ballot counted in a responsible fashion?
And Washington state.
The United States Postal Service is now responsible for our elections.
What could possibly go wrong?
Seems to me that this should be voted on BY all the residents of Nevada-—NOT just the Democrat members of the Legislature.
Those of us who live in Nevada are asking that same question.
Guess Republicans need to be prepared to cheat to win.
They might as well just do it like the census....totally online. FWIW
