What gets me is how WE (USA) funds all of the drug research/studies, and the other countries get these drups for NOTHING, while we then have the 'honor' of paying many x $$$$. 😡

How is Canada subsidizing it? Canada does not pay full American prices and then subsidizes it for Canadians. Canada negotiates a lower price of bulk purchases for Canadians, so there is no subsidy.
America buying from Canada would be expected to be higher than what Canada paid for, and therefore at least a small profit for Canada.
