First of all, we form The new State of Robinson. It includes all of District four of this map. Inyo, San Bernardino, Orange, Riverside, San Diego and Imperial. To those are added Mono, Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare, and Kern.

We move all the military on the Pacific coast south to Robinson and shut off their water in the south if need be.
