The only sense in which it is “extraordinarily widespread” is that it has spread extraordinarily through ethnic communities: native tribals, mexican tribals and african tribals. She should just cut to the chase and give out the demographics. That, for a change, would be helpful intel.
Example. In Navajo Co. AZ, there are 4600 cases. Only 1000 of those cases are non-rez.
I would love to know how many among Native tribes in AZ ever had or currently have TB. If I remember correctly TB is rather high in that population.
