While I am not, absolutely 100% NOT a US Navy SEAL, I've seen some of their training up close, live, in person during my stay at NAB Coronado during my navy career. All I gotta say about this - if true - is a scene from one of my favorite accidenatal actors but real life totally correct, is my view exactly, so thank you Gunnery Sargent R.L. Ermey.
