The Democrats destroy the cities and the Democrats come along to fix the cities with a bailout? The Democrats are not very good at fixing problems, only manufacturing problems.

Either let the RAT voter/taxpayers pay for their own stupidity, or let the cities remain in shambles as a permenent monument to what the RATs actually stand for. The graffiti covered ruins can stand as a perpetual reminder, instead of the torn down RAT statues.
In fact, maybe we should force them to put the statues back, damage and all, with historically accurate information on the new pedestals.
