Since the “certification” signature by the voter is on the OUTSIDE of the return envelope, it will be easy for anyone/anyplace in the returning mail process to SELECTIVELY remove “undesirable” TARGETED ballots. Since Pennsylvania is a state where the ballots must be RECEIVED by Election Day, the corrupt postal employee(s) can simply just temporarily “hide” those targeted ballots until after Election Day and then renter them into the delivery process... it’s not necessary to criminally destroy or throw away the envelopes. It’s just an OOPS!
They can selectively “lose” ballots just based on the area where they were mailed. Everybody knows which counties in PA are solid red.
Trump should try to stop this via executive order on national security grounds. Under Obama the election systems were designated as critical national infrastructure. This gives Trump the opening to regulate it.
