*****You can make whatever choices you would like for yourself, but you should also acknowledge the fact that regardless of your own health situation, you can absolutely catch it and spread it to people who will then die from it. If youre comfortable with that, thats on you.*****
How is that different than how life has been since the dawn of history? Just think of how many kids have infected their own grandparents without knowing it.
*****But I do know that if everyone chose to wear masks when appropriate (while in indoor public places) and got all their vaccinations, we would save a lot of lives.*****
BS! you know nothing of the sort!
This is not a simple “vaccine”, this is “you take it or else” territory. Screw you.
Choice. Choice is the different now, since in our modern age, we have the tools to prevent the spread of illness. It is (and should always be) the choice of each individual whether they want to make use of those tools to preserve human life. Human life is precious, regardless of its age or medical conditions, regardless of whether it's an unborn child or a great grandparent. We should make every reasonable effort to preserve human life.
"This is not a simple vaccine, this is you take it or else territory. Screw you."
I specifically stated I am against mandatory vaccines and against mask mandates. I do not support government coercion against people simply because they're making a different choice than I would. But that does not preclude me advocating for people to make the right decision. I believe people should be choosing - of their own accord - to use the tools available to try and preserve human life. I believe we have a moral obligation as human beings to do so.
I will never stop urging people to preserve human life, even as I fight against government intrusion and overreach into our personal lives.
