I can tell you a hell of a lot of people have gotten noticibly FATTER in the past few months...Not being funny or kidding.
I certainly believe it.
I’ve actually come down 15lbs since March.
(I was already in decent shape)
I’ve been doing a lot of hill sprints and walking miles everyday.
I haven’t been eating out, and I got tired of being alone in my apartment all the time.
