You are so right. My wonderful mother had vascular dementia. Like you said, once you experience the disease with a family member or close friend, you can spot when someone like Biden is going through it. My mom was very good at covering up her illness for a couple of years. Then she rapidly went downhill. Joe is at least stage 4 or maybe 5, in my non-professional opinion.
