Hi NN thanks as usual for doing this.Yesterday ISAIS or whatever the weird name is was heading directly at us yesterday. At that time I told friends and even on the air yesterday on my show
that it was unlikely to maintain a straight line for days on end to hit us directly.Just doesn't happen.Seems it moved a bit north, which puts on the easy side of the storm. Its actually a big tropical storm and is forecast to regenerate after the mountains of Hispanola get through with it.
If it keeps moving as fast as it is its not likely to do all that much damage unless the winds grow.We shall see.Forward speed is on our side.
Of course down here we wont know for sure anyway since NOAA doesn't bother to fix the buoys that have been down info wise for months and months.Lets hope Trump can privatize all that after the elections.

Hiya rodguy! Thanks for checking in. Isaias is a huge storm system with TS winds extending over 400 miles from the center. Hopefully, the tall mountains of Hispanola will take the punch out of the system. Agree that rapid forward speed is a good thing. Will keep watching.
