I think she is over 9 lives. How many people survive pancreatic cancer? 5%? She has also been treated for lung cancer & colon cancer...these are things that kill a lot of people. I’m not wishing her ill, but at some point can we point out the disparity of care for a (some) supreme court justice(s) vs. the rest of us?

They could not. He died suddenly.
For all stages of pancreatic cancer, the 5-year survival rate is under 5%. The only reason her's was caught at stage 2 was because she had a follow-up CT scan for her colon cancer.
Once pancreatic cancer advances to stage 4 and spreads to a major organ, it's less than a year; and more likely a few weeks to a few months. If she is getting chemotherapy at Sloan-Kettering every two weeks, you know she is in really bad shape.
