While these girls were under age, they were Post pubescent. Many of the women that were with him were over 18.
This is more about trafficking than it is about statutory rape.
Well, what do I know about it. Still, AFAIK, 17 and younger ain’t legal to film and distribute so I wouldn’t expect anything of that nature to be released.
Not to mention the civil (and possibly criminal) liability of secretly filming people in sex acts - ostensibly without everyone’s consent (or, where consent cannot be legally given).
