Sounds like a John Kerry suggestion.
I love the glow of fallout in Tehran in the dusky hours....
Is that Jon Carry at the helm?
This is like a 3 year old trying to take a swing at a 6 foot boxer.
Halp us!
Iran is cruising for an Ezekiel 38 bruising.
Iran’s mullahs haven’t read or don’t believe Ezekiel 38.
They will. When it’s too late. It’s already prophesied by the Lord God. It is going to happen. You can see it coming.
Now, Ezekiel 38 is when Iran (and her allies) try to take down Israel. Israel is the “little satan” and the USA is the “big satan”.
When Iran does try to destroy Israel, it’s going to be a very, very bad day for her and her allies. I wish more Iranian Christians could escape the terror of Iran’s mullahs.
How many Iranians were killed in this shoot?
Mo doubt Iran intends to use multiple fast-attack, small boats to try and overwhelm defensive systems in the hopes of securing some hits.
They’ll hope to penetrate the protective ring.
Be nice to see some Army Apaches on a helo carrier for some strafing runs on small craft. They just have to teach those guys how to land on a deck. :)
I’ll bet they could do it.
In related news, a 14 year old girl beat up a life size cutout of an MMF fighter. The girl suffered minimal damage.
Its all fun and games shooting a dummy carrier until you take on a real carrier with its support vessels and aircraft....
Mockups don’t shoot back.
Yeah. Like nuclear attack subs and the full complement of a battle group.
Yawn... The usual tepid “please don’t hurt me” response from the U.S. Navy...
Pretty scary. All of our mock up carriers are at serious risk.
I am sure that felt good. Like hitting a blocking dummy.
Its a different story when the blocking dummy punches back.
Just for laughs we should “sink” their sub that’s moving down the road. And then sink their mockup carrier.
I have to wonder what the crew on the tugboat is thinking about the day’s activities.
When I was a lad, in the early 50s, one of my favorite toys was a plastic battleship that ‘blew up’ (it was like a mouse trap powered by rubber bands) when you hit a target on it with a little bomb you dropped from a B-29.
My dad used to laugh at me as I tried to blow it up. I’d take the bomber, get it right over the ship and drop the bomb. I always missed the target/trigger. He tried to explain that for it to be accurate, both the ship and the plane had to be moving. My six-year-old mind knew that that was clearly impossible.
For some reason Iran’s exercise reminds me of my bombing runs as a lad.
