OK—let us agree she is technically not eligible to be President.
Now—who in DC would actually enforce that?

She ran for President because she believed no-one would call her on it.
Biden is considering her for VP because he believes no-one will call her on it.
The Democrats think they can obey the laws they like, and ignore the rest, and no-one calls them on it.
So—at the end of the day she could be a natural born Martian and it would not matter.
