Based on how trials have gone so far, I think this is President Trump’s October surprise. And I also think that’s going to lead to a landslide victory.
The choice for voters will end up being between a guy hiding in his basement who CLEARLY has advancing dementia and the hero that stopped COVID-19 by heavily investing in vaccines early on and getting all the FDA bureaucrats out of the way (while still keeping all the safety testing and protocols in place). I’m sure Biden will still get some die-hard liberals, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see a lot of people who might otherwise go for Biden not even bother voting.
I hope you’re right about the vaccine. I think Trump will win in a landslide anyway but that wouldn’t hurt. It could be one of several October surprises from Trump.
