BMI and ASCAP hold the copyright power to license the music to anyone willing to pay the fee. Your other causes of action are so frivolous they would not survive an immediate motion to dismiss.

Young became a citizen in January of 2020. All these years and he finally became a citizen, I suggest its so he could vote against PDJT. I think its funny that PT uses Youngs song....its like trolling him. Let him vote Democrat....Im his enemy and Im using his product at my rallies, LOL.

He should play
this one. It's a safe bet the group won't object or sue.

Canadians who come down here to achieve professional success and then go on to deliver finger-wagging political lectures to us are a particular pet peeve of mine.Add to that, Haitians, Cubans, people from the Doominican Republic etc who come here to play baseball than take a knee at OUR national anthem.

Your other causes of action are so frivolous they would not survive an immediate motion to dismiss. If Young sues then we'll find out how frivolous they are.
Regardless, Ted Nugent or Kid Rock don't have songs Trump could use. I doubt they would care. Could probably use the publicity.

Never liked Neil, his music is very simplistic & repetitive...voice just average at best...decent guitar player...
Plenty of other songs to use at Trump rallies...
Guess Neil don’t have no Heart of Gold...

I have family there, and I can assure you, many Canadians define themselves to a large degree by the fact that they have universal health care and gun control, and that we don’t (at least to the same degree). There is a lot of jealousy and bitterness and unjustified moral superiority.

Though I like much of Young’s music, he has always been a world-class a**hole.

Doesn’t help that he’s “dating” Daryl Hannah.
