Under House rules the majority party will always outnumber the minority party by anywhere from three to five members. This is to ensure party victory in committee decisions. In these hearings the dims usually wait to the closing portions of the hearing to gang up on the witnesses or to sing their praises. Could also be true that cowardly republicans are hiding from participation and making things even more unfair
