With the numbers of rioters around the perimeter each evening in the thousands, they could have arrested... thousands.

I suspect the feds took the "creme de la creme", where they had an abundance of evidence and the most egregious.

The drone arrest is particularly important to follow thru on to conviction. And/all rioters behind the green lasers I'd hope fall into this category as well.

These are federal charges. I doubt that these criminals will even get bail. The Feds will take them through the federal system and it will not be a good outcome for them. I hope these criminals spill their guts to their interrogators. There will be much to reveal who are the organizers.
