In a "life comes at you fast moment," Paul Gallant, who is a radio host for 710 ESPN Seattle, documented how rioters destroyed the Starbucks that is attached to his apartment complex over the weekend. Riots broke out in response to President Trump sending federal agents to the city to help protect government property.
Gallant posted on his Twitter account the damage that was done to the Starbucks and said the Seattle police told residents to stay away as there could have been explosives thrown inside. Gallant was "really angry" and said he was planning to take his cat and get "ging t f out," adding he is considering buying a firearm.
While Gallant was upset at his place of residence was attacked, he had been supportive of the "Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone," also known as the "Capitol Hill Occupied Protest," when it was created after days of rioters clashing with Seattle Police.
When Trump tweeted how Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkin (D) said the CHAZ could be part of their "summer of love," Gallant pushed back against Trump, who called for the city to take back the area from the anarchists.
Users on Twitter were quick to point out Gallant's previous "chill dawg" to Trump when it was an area of the city that he did not live in. The CHAZ/CHOP was taken back by police after multiple crimes, including murders, occurred in and around the zone and police were unable to properly investigate.
Gallant tweeted that he stands by what he originally told Trump.
"Chaz/Chop/whatever didnt seem as bad as portrayed by those outside of it. Id walked through it a few times. Then burning & pillaging actually happened. Classic," he said.

The rioting has been going on for a long time before President Trump sent federal agents in.
doesn’t sound like he has fully embraces the “chill dawg” vibe he preaches to others (insert Nelson HaHa!)
The riot is not a response to President Trump sending federal agents. The sending of federal agents was a response to the riots.
The slow thinkers never understand the reasoning of to little to late.

But anybody want to bet hard cash he won't vote for democRATS again in the next election?
The sounds of silence. Crickets chirping. I didn't think so....
Zebras just don't change their stripes.
Wrong.
Young man never discount the spiritually transforming experience of pain’’
My father was a Texas cop during the Depression. While on foot patrol one night he arrested an obnoxious man for public drunkeness. He was escorting the guy back to the police station, enduring a lot of insults and cursing. Sorta like Redd Foxx, my dad told the drunk if you keep it up, I’m going to put one upside your head. The drunk let out another stream of obscenities which led to a night stick swiftly applied to his cranium.
After that it was, “Yes officer, I’m sorry sir....sorry ....sorry. “ He had no more problems from the drunk.
Well, I guess that would not be accepted as proper police behavior today, but it was certainly effective. Ironically, my dad learned the next day that the guy was one of the richest oil men in Ft. Worth.
LOL! Your Dad gave the dude the old’’wooden shampoo’’, huh? By God the police had better start thumping the daylights out of these punks running riot in the streets. We’re losing our country.
